PROLANE Air-Conditioning Platform
PROLANE Air-Conditioning Platform offers both standard and custom frames for Air-Conditioning and small Air Handling Units from 100kg to 1500kg (depending on the roof structure).
With an ever increasing number of HVACR manufacturers supplying products, our frames are dimensionally configurable at design stage, both in footprint and height. It adds up to the PROLANE SERIES being the simplest and safest way to access HVAC systems.
Some typical applications are AC (Splits & VRF/VRV), Air Handling Units, Air Source Heat Pumps, Compressors, Supply and Extract Fans, Attenuators and Filters.
The PROLANE SERIES Work platform is engineer certified.

| Dimensions | The size of the platforms increases in 600mm increments. The size of the platform should be a minimum of the size of the unit to be installed plus 600mm on all sides where access to removable panels is required |
| Fixings | Depending on wind zones fixing to the purlin is done with either Tek screws or Gal bolts |
| Rating | Rated to 2.5 kPa. Weight of the platform is approximately 20kg/m2 at 3 degrees |
| Custom Applications | PROLANE SERIES Work Platform can be custom designed by the Safemaster Engineering team for applications which fall outside of the above parameters on a case by case basis |
| Warranty | The complete PROLANE SERIES Work Platform comes with 5 years warranty against product defects, workmanship and installation, subject to correct use and maintenance in accordance with manufacturer’s specifications and recommendations |
| Inspection and Maintenance | Visual inspection for any damage or loose fixings must be done periodically and prior to use. No certified maintenance is required. Basic wear and tear preventative maintenance is recommended, as per manufacturer’s specifications and recommendations |
