AH100 SPACEGATE Roof Access Hatch is one of the most popular SPACEGATE series hatches. It is an industrial/commercial rated metal hatch that provides safe access to roof areas, can be incorporated with the SKYCLIMB Ladder system.
Available in a full range of sizes and materials, it’s an easy and economical solution for all types of roofs. The hatch cover opens easily and remains open safely during use.
Ideal controlled access to roof areas for access to plant/equipment on multi-level buildings, incorporating ceiling ladder and ceiling hatch or access ladder with extendable stiles.
All exposed working parts are constructed with stainless steel materials including nuts, washers, bolts, and rivets for added durability and corrosion resistance.

- Air tightness: The sealing system consists of EPDM rubber gasket which seals the lid to the frame when closed
