Credit Terms

  • Cash Accounts
    Payment for Sales Orders must be received in full prior to any dispatch. No exceptions
  • Customer 30 Day Accounts
    Sales orders placed must be accompanied by an Authorised Purchase Order
    – Safemaster credit terms are strictly 30 Days from Statement
    – Failure to adhere to our credit terms will result in 30 Days Accounts being placed on stop credit

Reserving Stock for Orders

  • Stock is only reserved for customers once an authorised Purchase Order is generated
  • Quotations provided by Safemaster do not reserve stock

30 Day Quality Guarantee

  • We proudly offer all our customers a 30 DAY QUALITY GUARANTEE on all our Off-the-Shelf products
  • Should you find any manufacturing fault with any of our products you can return the item for exchange, credit note or in limited circumstances a full refund
  • If there is any problem with any product purchased from Safemaster please let us know as soon as possible
Exchange and Refund

For an exchange or refund to be provided the following conditions must be met:

  • Safemaster must be contacted within 30 days from the original date of purchase for exchange, and within 7 days of delivery for refund
  • There is a fault with the operational quality and/or appearance of a product that renders it unfit for intended use
  • The Tax Invoice relating to the purchase must be provided
  • Credit notes must be redeemed 6 months from original issue date
  • All returns sent to Safemaster must be accompanied by a Return Authority Form that will be sent to you to label all boxes that are being returned
  • A refund or credit note will not be granted for change of mind
  • All refunds must be approved by Safemaster Sales Manager
  • If the product is not considered faulty or has been damaged due to inappropriate use, an exchange or refund will not be issued

An exchange or refund will not be provided if products have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempts has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken.

  • All products must be returned in their original and saleable condition
  • This will be at the discretion of Safemaster and will be reviewed on an individual basis
  • Safemaster may charge a 10% restocking fee on the total value of the goods being returned

Cheques, debit cards and cash will be refunded to the nominated bank account once details are provided by the customer.

Credit card refunds must be processed back onto the original credit card.

The refund policy does not apply to products which have worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken.

Exceptions

Unfortunately Safemaster can not offer an exchange, credit note or refund on the following items:

  • Custom made products
  • Any product/s specifically cut to size at your request
  • Any product/s powder coated at your request
  • Discontinued or display stock

Freight charges will not be refunded.
