Our sustainability strategy takes a holistic view of our business and is underpinned by our corporate values of integrity, knowledge and commitment.
We are focusing on environmental innovation and collaboration to drive improvements in the sustainability of our products and business operations, and to optimise our social contribution to build a safer workplace for all.
We take a 360-degree approach to reduce our impact on the environment, at every stage of business operations and across the product lifecycle.
This include reducing the carbon emissions, ensuring energy and water consumption is kept to minimum and recycling takes place where possible, minimising our waste to landfill.
Safemaster focuses on effective use of resources in the production process. This applies to the efficient use of space, machinery, labour, materials and time.
For instance, we utilise industry leading software to illustrate the structural design aspects including the use of materials prior to bring the finished product to the consumer. This allows us to learn a more efficient design where the production process could be improved to reduce waste.
For Safemaster, providing height safety equipment is only part of the story. We are also commited to playing an active and responsible role in every local community in which we operate.
We achieve this by the development of the services we offer, by actively outreach our community through education and training to build a safer workplace for all.
Both Safemaster workshop and office have strategically based in Canning Vale, where majority of our materials and labour are from within Western Australia metro area.
This had a positive impact on the local economy whilst decreasing the amount of transport required for materials, reducing the site’s carbon footprint and drive local workforce.
Our people are our greatest assest. We create an atmosphere where each individual team member is striving to reach the same goal of professional excellence, boosting morale and encouraging healthy living.
